Patricio Garcia de Paredes is a founding board member of the Macrobiotic Global Institute and is the founder and director of Macrobiotic School Japan, an international education center, where is an educator, author and cooking instructor.
Previously, Patricio served as the education director and principal teacher at the Kushi Institute of Japan. Patricio is a professional chef and has engaged in various enterprises to promote a plant-based food culture. He was introduced to macrobiotics as a child in his native Spain and now resides in Tokyo, Japan
