Lorraine McCamley is a founding board member of the Macrobiotic Global Institute and serves as its business director. She is the owner of Boldly Quiet consulting where she coaches high-potential, talented leaders using a strengths-based approach. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practicioner. Lorraine earned her Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary. She is the author of Boldly Quiet: An Introvert's Guide to Developing the Mindset of a Successful Leader and is the Executive Sponsor of MGI's Africa Program, inspired by her work with the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, a program of the U.S. Department of State.
